Installation of a third W&H Press. A 10 colour Miraflex Press was installed and commissioned in April 2011. 2010 Expansion of a further 1500sq ft (£250k) and Installation of new ink kitchen. Capital approved for new 10 colour press (£2.5m). Approval for Barcode recognition system and barcode automated material tracking system. 2009
December 09 – visit from Arlene Foster Trade and Enterprise Minister. Appointment of new Managing Director, Nigel McSorley. Gained further market share within other European countries. 18% growth on sales year on year. 2008
Second W&H wide web Flexo press procured – a W&H Primaflex – state of the art gearless, variable repeat press with Easyset system. (£2.5m investment to complete a total £6m investment over the past 4 years) Second Ashe Sapphire high speed slitter purchased. German DPG creditation obtained. 2007 New Domino system installed allowing alphanumeric promotions for
surface and reverse of labels. 15% growth in business. 2006 First Ashe high speed slitter. BRC and ISO Accrediations obtained. 2005
Warehouse expansion in preparation for storage of OPP necessary to enter the reel-fed market. August – new computer manufacturing system PECAS came on line to allow flexible scheduling and manufacturing. 2004 Windmoller and Holsche Novoflex press purchased. Wide web flexo press with variable repeat capability and automatic registration. 2003 Third Sleeve machine purchased to enhance growth in dairy business. Additional extrusion put in for sole supply of Georgia Pacific who supply the household goods industry. 2002 Became sole supplier to Nestle ice-cream UK and beginning to diversify into other flexible packaging food markets 1999/2000 All operations rationalised to one manufacturing site based in Enniskillen. 1997 Fisher and Krecke 10DF wide web flexo press purchased. Application of light weight sleeves and anilox' technology. State of the art £1.2 million investment. 1996 Webtech Newry opened. Narrow web UV flexo printing capability specialising particularly for the Pharmaceutical industry. 1995
