Our Customer Services provides the following services.

• Customer contact
  Our in house team provide the day to day contact with our customers carrying out the following functions;
  • Processing customer orders
  • Providing order acknowledgements to customers confirming prices and delivery dates
  • Liaising with customers on availability of product and keeping them abreast of current lead times
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Ensuring all our customers are looked after in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times
    
    
• Origination
  Processing customer artwork in liaison with our printing plate house to provide final proofs for customer approval with, further processing to provide printing plates for our flexographic printing process.
  
  
• Production Planning
  Customer focused planning provides finished product to meet the customer’s demand both in terms of quality product and meeting customer date deliveries deadlines.
  
  
• Transport & Freight
  We utilise a variety of logistic services to ensure optimum delivery time to customers and can offer bespoke services from dedicated vehicle to international groupage.
  
  
• Raw Materials
  With a commitment to global reach we work with industry leading manufacturers, to source appropriate material to secure quality product solutions of superior value to our customers.
