Data Transfer
Data can be accepted in the following formats or we can download from FTP site.

• CD
• EMail attachment – artwork@webtechni.com
• ISDN (read note below)

N.B. if you need to send by ISDN please send in folder called ‘Webtech’ to 01482 226 887 and send a PDF copy of the graphics to amacartney@webtechni.com.

Data Format
All files / Data to be supplied for a mackintosh platform

File format - acceptable software formats are

• Artpro [up to v 7.5]
• Illusrator [cs]
• Freehand mx
• Quark [up to v 6.5]
• Photoshop[cs]
• In Design [cs]

N.B. Adobe Illustrator Users- do not use transparencies or any web tools/functions.

Fonts
All type matter should be outlined or fonts made available minimum sizes for text are – 5.5pt positive, 6.5pt reversed out

N.B. We do not recommend small text being reversed out of muliptle layers as any movement of registration will affect legibility of text.

Barcode
Minimum Barcode size for Flexo printed material is 100% (ldpe/pvc) or 85% (opp)

Hard Copy
For quality control purposes a hard copy of the design should be supplied with the artwork (or follow on, if ISDN file supplied)
