How many colours can I use on a label?
Our presses are 8 colour presses, which mean you can use up to 8 colours in your designs. If however you use a lacquer in your design this is treated as a colour so you could have 7 colours plus lacquer.

Can I print anything on the inside of my labels?
Yes you can print on the inside of your labels if you are purchasing Reel-fed or cut & stack plastic labels it is possible to print on the inside. You can use our new Domino printing which means you can run Alphanumeric codes on the inside to run a promotion. Or if you simply want extra text on the inside of your label – this can also be done. Some companies use this area for Terms & Conditions if they are running competition etc.

Are my labels completed and finished at the Webtech premises in Enniskillen?
Yes Webtech extrude the material, set up the plates on the press and print your material and then send it to our conversion machines to finish your job into what you require. Sometimes Webtech will purchase Raw Material from key suppliers but we do try to extrude as much of our own material as is possible.

What about recycling issues?
Any waste material in Webtech is recycled and reused. Plastic labels also help with our recycling issues, as they do not need to be separated from the plastic bottles for recycling like paper labels would.

Also through our R&D team at Webtech we are always looking at new innovative recycling methods and we will soon be able to supply a material that is biodegradable.

What about emergencies?
Webtech take all necessary precautions when it comes to thoroughly ensuring that we are prepared for any emergency situations that may arise, However should such an event occur and there is damage to our premises: All of our plates are digitally produced and should any get damaged we can have them replaced in 24 hours. We also have a sound relationship with raw material suppliers who can also send in material to us at very short notice although we do have our own separate Raw Material store next to our building. We do have a relationship with many printers in Ireland and the UK who can also use our plates to print any material should the occasion ever appear.

What if after I receive the material from Webtech I encounter problems running it on my machines?
Firstly to point out it is thankfully a rare occasion that we encounter problems as we have a very dedicated Quality Team in Webtech, However should you encounter problems your account manager will arrange for samples to be collected or for our Technical Director to visit your plant as soon as possible. It is in our interest as well as yours that all our material runs to the effectiveness that we manufacture it at and we would therefore like to have any issues resolved as immediately as we can.

Can Webtech hold stock based on our sales forecasts?
Yes Webtech can hold up to 3 months stock for you based on sales forecasts that you submit prior to ordering your material. It can then be transported to you within 1-3 days (domestic) and 7-10 days (export).
